Justin has over ten years of experience in the Audio Video Industry. Early in his career, he gained valuable experience in the installation field, has since worked within audio video sales, and has been able to parlay all of that experience into exceptional design of home entertainment and automation systems. Justin prides himself on his knowledge of the industry with consistent extensive training classes, literature and conferences. His integrity and professionalism help set him apart in the industry. Justin’s priority for this business is to ensure a high quality installation and requires that of every employee. His drive comes from his passion for technology and enjoyment of working with clients and helping them understand all of latest equipment and how it can work for them.
Stacy Wagner
Business Manager & VP of Operations

Stacy’s role began with management of our communication with our clients, understanding the product and design our team has created, assisting with scheduling of these projects, and answering any questions you might have along the way. Her role is ever expanding, and she is now using her degree in Business in our marketing efforts, and to implement a quality assurance program to ensure a seamless project for our clients.

Jon has worked in the installation field for more than ten years, and joined Justin’s team in 2003. His attention to detail and experience in the field lend well to the designing and completion of each custom system by Desert Valley Audio Video. Jon has mastered the quality Justin requires and continues to take training to learn and grow with the business.
Thomas Stewart

Thomas was born in southern Colorado and lived on a ranch there until he turned 18. He has been in the security industry for 14 years and enjoys working with customers to secure their homes and provide them with the peace of mind that comes along with that. Customer service is always a top priority for him!

Carlos Gonzalez

Carlos began his career in custom audio and video installations six years ago. He has covered commercial audio video as well as residential, bringing a wide array of knowledge within both categories. He is very passionate about the continuous evolvement of our field and always reading and learning about the latest and greatest new technologies.

Misty is an integral part of our team because she ensures that pricing, promotional strategies, and marketing all support the best interests of our clients. She facilitates and promotes timely communication and purchasing of our ongoing projects, manages our product launches, and tracks all deliveries.
Nita Stubbs

Nita assists our system designers and clients with facilitating the creation of new accounts both within the home security and monitoring part of our business, as well as with new DirecTV accounts.
